For the greedy ones, our region is proposing numerous of food specialities which will open surely your appetite : let you tempted by the creaminess of our Aligot, our delicious cooked meats, our farçous and pescadous, the taste of our yesteryear bread and the home-made secrets of our Gateau à la broche…

The curious ones could enter in the metallurgy world and understand the different steps of production of the famous Laguiole knives, real symbols of the region, the old stones lovers will pace up and down authentics narrow streets and will marvel through of our 10 most Beautiful Villages of France such as Saint-Côme d’Olt, Conques, Estaings…
